not that I'm out of my average BMI range, but I'm...looser than I would like. Don't want to lose weight, just want to be more in shape. Know what I mean?

besides, at the time I was more interested in whether I was eating ENOUGH, and of proper nutritive value...and I'm one of those people who has to be obsessively accurate with such things.
