But most of them with a high/low don't go into enough detail

Either way you cut it, when speaking of this specific bill, more people are against it than are for it. When talking about health care reform in general though, most of the polls I've seen are saying that people are generally for that.
Consider this CNN poll which is going to be thrown around a ton:
http://i2.cdn.turner.com/cnn/2010/images/03/22/rel5a.pdf
39% favor
59% oppose
2% no opinion
So a majority are opposed, right? But WAIT!
Do you oppose that legislation because you think its approach toward health care is too liberal, or because you think it is not liberal enough?
Favor (from Question 20) 39%
Oppose, too liberal 43%
Oppose, not liberal enough 13%
No opinion 5%
Hardly the same thing, right?
In other, earlier polls which were done, a majority supported the current bill (and a plurality the public option, for that matter) when the contents of the bill were actually explained to them. When it was left at "the health care bill," let alone more loaded questions which referred to it as "Obamacare" or the sort, then you started getting pluralities/majorities opposed.
No posts on the bill passing?
