he is immature and irresponsible. If one thing CAN be said about him it is that he puts himself in bad situations that he shouldn't be in. He is a multi-millionaire sports star who can have women, booze, and whatever the fuck he wants delivered to his hotel room where he can party until his heart is content. He simply has no business in some po-dunk bar in the middle of Georgia where accusations like this can be made (assuming that they are false). When he finally gets his shit together and starts protecting himself then he won't run into trouble like this. Until then he'll have to keep putting up with this kind of stuff.

As for your assertion that in he said-she said rape cases the man usually gets it - I don't think that is accurate at all. I have no proof one way or the other but that simply sounds like your opinion and it is probably an inaccurate one.

And DNA? For what? Unless there was penetration and a rape kit then any DNA collected would prove what? He apparently already admitted close quarter contact in the bathroom.

Opinion? Sure, as I said above he needs to grow up and start protecting himself (assuming that the accusations are false) because it is only going to be a matter of time before some hotshot DA wants to make an example of his shenanigans. We'll see how it plays out but I don't think there is really enough evidence there for anything. Of course that was last I heard, if something new has come up then I am willing to change my mind, but the accusation sounded pretty weak last I heard.
