So, are you going to have any of the following in your town:

Morning paper delivery
Lawn maintenance
House cleaning
Babysitting / dog-walking
Restaurants & cafes (with their attendant cooks & waiters)
Movie theatres
Supermarkets & grocery stores
Bars
Hotels
Dry-cleaners

Because presumably you wouldn't allow people who'd work in these places to live your your town. Commuting in is an option, for some. There are such communities in US. Exclusive gated communities, where the rich live and those who cater to the rich take the 2-hour bus drive to work. Ugly.

This is a imaginary place, a paradise. Of course in reality you have to rub shoulders with all kinds of people. But, for me, low income people tend to be awful human beings. Mind you, I grew up poor and my family was nothing to write home about. I have a job where I have to visit all different kinds of people; rich, middle class, and poor. Middle class is the best; hard workers who usually tend to care about the people in their life. Rich people don't know what reality is and neither do poor people. They both play by their own rules and its disgusting. At least rich people look better but that's the only difference.
