I would rather they offered the addition of halal meat to their established menu. Side by side. By excluded non halal meat in these six restaurants, they are just going to aggravate non-muslims who feel (in many ways justifiably) threatened by the encroachment of a religious minority in their strongly secular nation. In addition, as Meg above states, is this going to raise prices? What about the minority of non-Muslims in these areas? Why should they pay higher prices for some religious ignorance?
