I only remember being told that a few times, when I was in my late teens.

People used to tell me how wonderful I was all the time and then I guess I was about 25 or so when it stopped. I started getting all frantic about not getting enough attention and stuff. I'm sure some of you remember.
Actually, no I don't, LOL. I think my parents told me generally that I could do what I wanted if I tried hard enough, but I don't think it's the same thing that you mentioned. I always felt I needed more attention, but because other people were busy or something. Not becvause they stopped telling me how awesome I am. I don't think I've ever had that kind if attention. Well... maybe from a few guys who wanted to get into my pants in college, but they were too obvious.
Anyway... it just struck me what might have brought on the change and I was wondering if anyone else experienced the same sort of thing...
I uh... still have no idea what you mean. What "change"?So when exactly:
Did that happen to you?
see above,
Did you lose your virginity?
18.
Did you fall in love?
19.
Did you break someone's heart?
Meh. I don't know.
Did you realize how much you didn't know?
when I was about 23.Did you realize you had to start over?
no.
Did you lose your way?
This happens several times throughout life I think. We are all just stumbling blindly through a dark room.Did you abandon your past?
what? What do you mean? I AM my past. How I react to it is relative depending on my mood.Did you stop looking forward and start looking back?
I have alternate.Did you lose your first love?
I never lost my first love, I just moved on to a different love. And then a different one...Did you give up?
I'm still alive so...
