No. I was going to try last year but I got what I believe was H1N1 as a result.

3. What does your observance of Lent typically entail? Giving things up, taking things on, or something else?
In the Orthodox Church, it's a much more structured thing. The idea of "giving something up" is a modern Catholic simplification that never caught on in the East.
4. What's the hardest thing you've ever given up/taken on/something else?
Back in the summer of 2001 I did the hardcore Atkins diet. I gave up all carbs - no Coke, no french fries, no bread, no vegetables with a few exceptions, no juice. It was nuts, cheese, meat and a few veggies that were extremely low carb with water. Just water. You get actual sugar withdrawal like you were going off a drug or something. After I did it for six weeks I decided that I had lost the weight I wanted to and quit.
5. What, if anything, are you planning to do for observing Lent this year?
*watches tumbleweed blow across the board*6. Do you observe Sundays as feast days (and as such, exempt from fasting/abstinence), considering that the 40 days between Ash Wednesday and Holy Saturday don't include Sundays?
In Orthodoxy this means an extra full week of Lent, because otherwise it isn't a 40-day thing. Besides, on Sundays you still can't have meat or cheese during Lent in Orthodoxy. You can have fish on the Annunciation and Lazarus Sunday, but that's it.
Six is a good number. I'll stop here.
