It sounds like a practical degree but I have to admit I have no idea what that is.

Based on your responses (1) you're not incurring debt, (2) you're getting a degree with practical applications (I think...I still really don't know what that degree is), and (3) you're managing to get everything done.

In that context, your education can't be a bad thing. It's like my dad used to tell workers at the factory he ran when they would say getting an engineering degree (needed to be a supervisor or higher) would take 5 years - "Yes, but five years is going to come and go whether or not you're studying, and after that you'll be able to advance here or get a supervisor position somewhere else. If you don't get the degree, five years from now you'll still be five years away from a degree."
