Of, if you think that's too big a step, $5. That way you'll make people like you, and then when the coupons run out, you'll have more customers and they'll be paying you more. Also, it'll soften the blow for your regulars.
I'd also suggest doing something extra to reward the loyalty of your regulars and make sure you don't lose them when the price rises: it might be that some of them travel a little out of their way because of your lower price, and if you went up to market level they wouldn't. But of course, I don't know...
