I'm actually not a huge fan of lambic myself, which you may find a waste, but there it is. :P Insane prices, but as you say, it is a fairly special process that cannot really be imitated in other countries.

I'm actually hoping to take another european trip in the next year or two. I haven't decided on locations just yet, but I'm definitely open to suggestions. I like finding off the beaten path places for my trips. For example when I went to England I went to Preston England instead of London or Manchester....I like the less touristy places because you get to see what a place is really like.
