Gimme some prayers, whatever you believe in!

I normally wouldn't post anything quite so personal, but I feel that in this instance, the more people I have on board for this, the better.
My lovely dear Granny is currently in ICU recovering from a serious surgery. She's a damn good woman, and I'm spreading the word to get some positive thoughts sent her way ASAP. I had a lengthy post planned, and may end up giving it a shot later on, but this will suffice for now.
So, whatever or whoever you believe in, or if perhaps you simply believe in the bloody existence of this universe, or if you're just spiritual like I am, give this wonderful lady a prayer or happy thought. I've never known anyone who deserves so much to make it through this and keep rocking life. She spends so many of her hours praying for others, even people she doesn't know, that I think she is owed a favor right about now. So, send up some positive thoughts to her, whether they're Jesus-related or if you're a freaking worshiper of Zeus, let's do this thing. You cats rock, even those I don't always agree with, and this is the only time I've cared so much about a website as to follow it around the internets - so there is really nowhere else I'd even consider posting this.
Her name is Marie, and she's rocking it in good ol' Bristol Virginia - I think that should suffice. She is a fantastic human being, not just a badass grandmother, and as uncharacteristic as it sounds, she's one of those old-school Christians who keeps her mouth shut and LIVES what she believes in. Help her out with some prayers and good thoughts, and I'll be in debt to you lot forever.
Thanks for even reading this, as I believe that by simply acknowledging something, you can change it. And it goes without saying that if something like this should come up for anyone here, I'm on your side and will most definitely return the favor, whether through prayer or spending a night pondering the mysteries of life, or bloody well just needing to talk to someone. I've become strangely understanding of other people through this ordeal, and have even lost a bit of selfishness on the way. So, thanks in advance guys. It took a lot for me to post this without feeling like I'm asking too much, so all I ask is not to be given a hard time for it!
