I'd tell her that if she really loved you... She'd let you have time.

Also, I disagree with the first anniversary to be 6 months. That's ridiculous. The first anniversary that should be celebrated after 1 year. Anything before that is crazy.

My best friend and her boyfriend celebrated their one month anniversary... and then every consecutive month after that... I find that ridiculous. (But I think it was her boyfriend who wanted to celebrate that way... odd.)
