What do I do now?
I'm with everyone else. You either know you love someone or you don't. You don't, yet, though you might. So don't say it. It should not be tossed around.
Now, that's not to denigrate her feelings - it's entirely possible that she is in love with you, not just confused or infatuated or whatever. But stuff happens when grown ups date, and you have to deal with it. I hope she does, because I'm sure she's lovely.

The problem isn't them wanting you to say it is them wanting you to prove it
