Injuries do not taint Championships, ever. callandor1000 Send a noteboard - 08/01/2010 09:00:02 PM
Things such as conditioning, the offensive line doing their job, drugs and a host of things can all effect if a player gets injured. I'm not saying any of these particular things are the cause, but hey, he got hit because someone didn't do their job, that caused the injury.

Maybe the backup should have been better. Maybe Texas should have used the backup a bit more during the season so that his first plays weren't so green. The fact is, the injury happened early in the game and Texas had time to adjust. They made adjustments, almost made a comeback but in the end those adjustments weren't good enough. Texas wasn't good enough.

Boise State has an opening in 2011. I'd love to see that game. *NM* - 08/01/2010 07:08:48 PM 169 Views
