Shanahan is an experienced coach who has been to and one the big show, which the Redskins need at this point. However he also has a history of picking some bad personalities for his teams, which the Skins have had far too much of in the last 10+ years.
Of course it will all be for nothing if Snyder doesn't keep his hands to himself and stop interfering.
