I don't remember the name of the restaurant I got it from, but the sandwich was magnificent. There was nothing really special about it, just they did each individual part very good.
They yolk was runny, on lightly toasted wheat bread, with some slab bacon cut nice and thick and some cheddar cheese on the top.
If I ever go to Preston again I'll surely go there again...I remember how to get there from the hotel I was staying in, just not the name of the place. I also remember not to have their coffee...man that stuff was horrid.

egg over easy, fried in olive oil, brioche... since i don't eat dairy, it's mostly other breads now *NM*
