but can't stand Southern Sweet Tea. Southern Sweet is when it is so sweet as to be liquid sugar with brown food dye in it. I prefer my tea with just enough sugar to remove most of the bitterness but still retain the actual flavor of tea.. About 4 TBsp per gallon usually works.
