I really don't think it will be as hard on sleep schedule as it may sound. You just get in the habit of going to bed around 4:30Am and getting when ever you feel like it. That way you don't shift your sleep time jus the rest of your life.
I worked nights for years and we didn't have a shifting schedule but fairly often we would have to stay late, somtimes until the day shift got there. You get used to it.

Yeah. At Target they did something kind of like that, and they also had an inconsistent way
