the amount of pollutants kicked into the atmosphere by internal combustion cars and trucks with the amount released by the cigarettes smoked in this country.

I'm tired of people blaming cigarette "second-hand" smoke for all these cases of non-smokers get lung cancer and such. I think it is just as likely they got that from the sh!t that everyones cars put out, but of course, there seems to be a vested interest by both the anti-smoking lobby/industry and the auto/oil industry to keep this from happening. I've tried to find such a study, with no luck.
