Malk asked, many answered, few succeeded.
This was from not long after the site came back from the Great Crash of May 2001. And yes, some of the responses are clickable (and yes you can get to the MB from that thread, feel free to find other threads that are viewable from there!)
Bah! It'll only take you to the home page. Still, from there you can click through to the MB and poke around. Good fun.

I had the same thought about Dashiva being "well aware" how long Rand had been channeling when I first read their exchange in TPoD (the worst of the books, I still contend, whatever my long absent friend Brad says; there's NO MAT!!! ' /> ) I completely missed the possible significance of Dashivas hesitation over "burned out" which we know AoL channelers considered the same as being severed deliberately. And, of course, we've since learned Dashiva WAS Asan'gar/Osangar. Possibly the best part was Mikes response (Mike responded to Theories once?!!! )
"wotmania says: I really liked this theory until you threw in that comment about Taimandred. Seriously, there are some very good points in here - I particularly like the comment that Dashiva is "well aware" of how long Rand has been channeling. I can see where Dashiva might take that the wrong way if he really is Osan'gar - Aginor just might be a bit bitter about being killed approximately four seconds after leaving the Bore... "
That one actually made me laugh out loud for realsies, and in light of things learned since I'll add that the only thing more pathetic than being killed right out of the Bore by a punk kid is then being resurrected and killed by ANOTHER punk kid without anyone even knowing you were alive again in the first place.
So I guess at least a rudimentary QotM is still available on RAFO thanks to you; well done, sir. Yet again I find myself deeply regretting not getting online sooner. *reminds himself we're ALL newbies again, except maybe Ben*
