No way I'd pay that much for bookshelves.
However, it is your money. If you feel you really want them that badly, go ahead. I would avoid it, because it would set a bad precedent, as books tend to reproduce in bookshelves and outgrow them... if one would have to buy shelves at that price just to keep the set, I would not be happy.
