has ever made it back out into the world with you as a conduit? Or are you claiming that you don't see that as sharing? In either case, maybe you should be worrying.
The point was that the books are little mausoleums of ideas. Once they are read, that is it. I do not reread history books. They sit there on the shelf. They are not being used by anyone else. No one else is opening their covers. From my perspective, it is selfish. I think it is better to let go of the books and let others have the chance to open their covers. Think of it as Kinetic vs Potential Energy.
