It doesn't affect my sleep, but I tend to be somewhat manic and easily annoyed during full moons and calmer during new moons. I was born during a full moon and I'm pretty sure that was annoying.

I believe it makes at least as much sense as any of the other ways we try to explain things and that you can get quite a lot out of it, but that it's hard to find someone who's good at interpreting things through that filter. (Like everything else.)
