A friend of mine ordered rails for his new car seat in April. Supposed to be 3-4 weeks because they were coming out of the States (we live in Canada). About 6-7 weeks later he gets the rails, and they're for the wrong side of the car. It's now almost September and he hasn't received the proper rails.
