I'll hold a few copies on my assorted external HD's if you want. At the very leasy I'd like one copy 
In any case, I'd like someone to volunteer to accept a copy as backup, as my laptop is pretty elderly and could die any day now .
I did it the unsophisticated way: clicking Ctrl+S on each of the 28 pages. So it's 28 .htm files plus a 28 folders of associated smaller files. Total size is 16.3MB, so two e-mails' worth. Reply here if you want it.
