Is it the worst thing? No.
Is it enough to have African American players NOT want him in management? Yeah. So they stated their opinions. You know, much like Rush does. He never worries about offending anyone. Why should they? Free speech goes both ways, people.
In the end, Rush was judged by a jury of his peers (rich white guys) and they decided they didn't want him to be part of it. The racism card couldn't be more misplayed here. So of course, Rush plays it.
