Of course, Sharpton & Jackson have vastly inferior records on race, and have no business criticizing

I had written about a five paragraph rant on the subject then I realized that it would be very much like Random Thoughts ranting about some idiocy that Michael Moore got up to. Nothing is really gained by taking endless potshots at the worst the other side of politics has to offer.

Rush Limbuahg's "racist" statement had nothing to do with race, merely asserting an attitude by the media existed. The multitude of awards and accolades given by the media to the player in question, who has a long history of dismal failure in championship games, while playing on a team traditionally successful through its defense, & which has never shown any lack of success when the player in question has been injured, would tend to support Limbaugh's claim.
Meanwhile, Jackson and Sharpton are notorious for supporting the black party in EVERY situation where there is a clash between black and white, unless the white person is overtly on their side and the black person opposed to them. They have helped to railroad innocent men who had the temerity to be falsely accused by blacks and supported blacks who murdered whites in cold blood. Limbaugh, in his job as a sportscaster, said that a player was not as good as his reputation. He never even said that the player was actually BAD, just that the player, with his long history of choking in big games, was perhaps not deserving of the elite status others suggested, and perhaps they were motivated by wishful thinking. Certainly no one ever has a problem with people who say the same about white players in a traditionally black position, such as wide receiver or defensive back. Limbuagh did no harm to anyone's reputation, and has never smeared people with racist labels or driven men from their jobs because a black person falsely accused their white students of rape, with the assistance of grotesque prosecutorial misconduct. Between the Duke stripper and Tawana Brawley, could Al Sharpton hold his head up in public if he were anything other than what Limbaugh names him?
