Ahhhh, well, my excuse is that I had a child and buggered off for a while. Figuratively

Of course, I'll probably go back and find some announcement post where I'm all like, 'congratulations you two' etc etc

Well done on the condo - post some pics when you can. I just love snooping in on other people's houses and floorplans!
