Fries are great but we can 20 or so people at a barbeque and it would be hard to make enough fries for that many people. We do it when we have a fish fry but we tend to serve that as it gets ready. I could see baked potatoes but normally the meat and maybe some vegetables and beans are all we serve hot. Of course in the summer in Texas cold food is a good thing and keeping as much of the cooking outside as possible keeps you from heating up a house that already has a lot of people going in and out.
