Luigi's Bakery in Bridgeport, CT. makes a 10 and 14 inch cannoli pie. It is so good it should be illegal.

But I did make a Cannoli "cake" for Joe's birthday one year. Basically just bought a lot of cannoli and constructed the cake.
Speaking of cannoli pie, I also love ricotta pie. Thank goodness I have so many good Italian bakeries to go to here in Boston. Not so great for my waistline however.
I am deeply offended by this ad for Subway's new "Italian hero"
