Smoked brisket and chicken. Mustard potato salad, pinto beans, corn bread, corn on the cob. Maybe some venison and shrimp jalapeno poppers and cobbler and homemade icecream and cobbler. For booze I would go with Shiner and some sangrias then maybe margaritas after dinner.
