Agreed. I wonder the MB links could just be changed to remarks so they no longer display, though the obvious problem would be that no one would be able to reach other MBs to read old posts/make new ones unless they had that MBs web address recorded somewhere (maybe via Autosender?)

Many of us who tried to migrate to sites like Dragonmount and Tor books were quickly ostracized or even site banned for hurting the sensitive feelings of the members there. Civil discourse my arse.
Yes and no. Every decent sized member base has its share of grouches or people who just cannot be bothered: But when EVERYONE is like that there is NO ONE virtually ANY newb wants to engage with. It just like any real world community: You can ignore a few
s and concentrate on the many decent worthwhile people, but if EVERYONE is huge pain in the ass you cannot stand being around, you go somewhere they are not, right?
