But I think maybe you should put up a counter or something, like "more premies/donations needed to cover costs" until we reach the total. You could easily find yourself back in a funding position if this experiment fails.

I love RAFO, but it's not fair of us to emotionally blackmail you back into the red. And it's totally up to you if you put any more effort in, like combining boards, etc.
