Trump will "win" if he looks more or less Presidential and doesn't say anything incredibly stupid. Trump loses if he has a major gaffe or betrays complete ignorance while pretending to know something (i.e., something like "I've been to all the countries in Antarctica" ).
Also, Hillary can "lose" if she exhibits any health symptoms or seems unlikeable. Hillary "wins" by Trump "losing" and her not "losing".
So the outcomes are:
Hillary wins, Trump loses
Trump wins, Hillary loses
Both lose
My impression is that the likelihood of the various outcomes are as follows:
Hillary win - 30%
Trump win - 40% (it's a lower bar)
Both lose - 30%
