If they stay home due to lack of interest in politics they would never vote republican but they would never add to the democratic totals

Yet when people make racists comments both Latino but also Asian people increase voter registration and they increase voter particpation.

Furthermore the voters that would have been a little more likely to vote republican are more likely to vote democrat because there is more immigrant hating from Republican candidates than Democratic candidates.

So what? Mitt Romney got more of the Hispanic vote than anyone thought he could, and it did him no good. A small increase in the percentage of the white vote would have won the election, but he'd have needed a massive increase in his Hispanic vote to reach the same gains.

Let me see if I understand correctly. A politican calls your parents rapists and all people from mexico who are actively sending drug dealers and rapists on purpose.

If your mom and dad aren't rapists, why are they upset? Why do they identify with the rapists? Here is a quote from Donald Trump about the rapists when he further clarified his comments 10 days after the fact (he just doubled down)

Prop 187 dramatically changed voter participation in California. Prior to it Both Latino and Asian voter participation was far lower, now they are still lower than white but it is a dramatic change in the electorate which has destroyed Republican potential for carrying California as a potential supporter of Republican presidential candidates in the Electoral College as well as making California place where the democrats gain a huge advantage in the House of Representivatives as well as having nearly a supermajority of Democrats in the state wide races.
