The entire idea of one race being a protected class is the real problem. Step one to being an equal, don't asked to be a protected class.

91% of blacks are killed by other blacks so white person is much more likely to be killed by a black person than they other way around especially when take into to account that the 82% number you used includes Hispanics. Even though whites out number blacks by almost five to one blacks kill almost twice as whites are murdered every year by blacks as there are blacks murdered by whites. If you look at the percentage of those killed by strangers the black on white murder rate goes even higher.

If killing a white man while spouting racial slurs is not a hate crime then killing a black white doing the same is not and anyone who believes otherwise is a Nazi and should be labeled racial terrorist like the BLM movement.
