When did the Just Us department decide to investigate the knock out game? Black on white crime is much more common than white on black crime but whites are much more likely to be charged in a hate crime. So yes the federal government is a far left organization.
when the vast majority of both houses of Congress and the Supreme Court are taken up by far-right republicans, i'm not sure that qualifies as far left anymore. but of course, you're the one who used to use "liberal" as an insult so i wouldn't expect you to know the difference. that being said.....
82% of white people are killed by other white people. when a group is considered a protected class, killing them while spouting epithets about their class necessarily leads to the extra charge of hate crimes.
if you want to kill a black person, you are a murderer. but if you want to kill a black person while calling them the various racial epithets given to them by white people, yes you are by definition committing a hate crime. these things are not difficult to understand.
