Reading you statement you get the idea that Sneed is a jailhouse snitch but in reality he was an accomplish. The fact that there is no physical evidence tying Glossip to the murder is not on irrelevant but intentionally misleading. No one claims he was in the room during the murder so it is hardly surprising that there is no evidence he was in the room. He was embezzling so there is motive. Two different juries convicted him.

then there must be a stay of the execution until there is or isn't certainty. Better 10 guilty men walk free than one innocent man die.

This to me would mean that the death penalty sentence must be stayed.
