I said doubts. I was protecting you in case your review was unfavorable. And I do have a fair grievance. They served me what was basically a hideous, cardboard sausage.

My jambalaya was awesome. Hushpuppies could have been better.

He's supposed to provide an objective* report on this experience.


View original postWell, whatever the reasoning, this Belgian did think the gumbo was pretty damn tasty, and looks forward to eating more cajun food. We were not able to determine precisely how long it had taken to prepare it, so I couldn't say whether they had really respected the three hours minimum requirement for preparing it... but however long it took, I recommend it.
