The reason people are so up in arms over this issues as that Moondogs position, as looney and over the top as it is, is the position being passed down to our schools by the department of education. They have not only instructed schools to lower their standard for sexual assault to if it seems likely to have happened but they are going after schools who do not comply. The accused does not have the right to question the accuser or even demand to see all of the evidence. They use the schools to handle this instead of the criminal system because they would never be able to get convictions in the vast majority of cases. To make it even sweeter false accusers face almost no consequences. We never should have let the far left fringe take over our schools.
