I am more interested in the trend in general and not this specific law random thoughts Send a noteboard - 03/03/2015 07:10:20 PM

I do think it has become an issue in American universities. There are people being harassed and kicked out schools that they worked years to get into based on nothing more than what someone said. I have seen cases were the girl admitted to being on top and another where the girl got into bed with the guy (her boyfriend who she had broken up with that day) wearing panties and a T-Shirt. He wanted to have sex but she didn't, he kept insisting so she gave in and let him. Later she decided she was raped. If talking a women into having sex with when she wants to go to sleep is rape then I doubt there is a husband on the planet that isn't guilty. Kids in these schools are found guilty and have their lives severely impacted with to any of the rights we demand the accused receive.

I don't care how hard it is to prove rape that in no way decreases the accused rights. And sorry the numbers in the "studies" are BS created activist "scientist" pushing a political agendas and should not be given any serious consideration.
