Shouldn't the manner of getting hammered factor in ? AgentApple Send a noteboard - 03/03/2015 05:31:48 PM

I recall this party... where I met a girl who kept drinking when she was quite drunk already. Her sober female friend kept bringing her more and more drinks and it was obviously pre-planned when they were both sober.
It was quite obvious what she wanted from me, but I was put off by her drunkedness. When I suggested she slow down she got pissed and left me.
I later saw her going out with some guy.
So, but this logic, was that guy a rapist ? Was I a potential rapist ?
I guess this girl has some mental block stopping her from enjoying a night of care free sex with random guy X.
So if getting hammered in order to lose control, was the plan when she was sober, then it was a sober decision or a drunk decision ?
Or perhaps it is legally impossible to decide to lose control ?
