I know your hated of cops and use emotions in place of reason but sorry we don't require cops to be subjected to criminal prosecution to satisfy your curiosity or your misplaced sense of judgment. Unlike they misguided fools walking around the streets with their hands up and making a general nuisance of themselves a jury would look at all the facts and the burden of proof would be on the state so there was no way in hell unreliable witnesses would convict an officer who had the physical evidence supporting his story.
