First of all, the evidence is crystal clear and not going to trial was the right decision. Every item in my post is fact.

The big winner is the judicial system and the members of the grand juror for focusing on the facts of the case and coming to a conclusion without the media and political BS associated with this event.

The big loser is the mainstream media who convicted this cop on day one and ran with reports of crazy "witness" accounts that the cop shot Brown in the back and "finished him off when we was lying on the ground". Many members of the media should be charged with causing the riots in Ferguson. If these morons did what was right and waited for the real facts to come out, the public would not have expected the cop to charged with a crime.
