if she took out credit cards to pay for all of these procedures, bankruptcy will not help her, thanks to the democrats passing the bankruptcy reform in 2005.
regardless, if we had single-payer healthcare like every other major world economic power, we wouldn't even need to discuss bankruptcy because she would have been covered from cradle to grave without having to worry about how to pay for it all.
