View original postyou shouldn't let the (deserved) bad reputation of the Parisians ruin all of France for you. The arrogant attitude of the Parisians is thankfully mostly limited to Paris and surroundings - people in the rest of France are friendlier. And France does have amazing nature everywhere, and a near-endless supply of lovely cities, castles and other things worth visiting (just came back from a few days in Nantes, which you won't ever hear much about but is a very nice city all the same).
That's what she said, that I should go. That ppl are very friendly and it's beautiful.

View original postEdinburgh isn't exactly an easy train-ride from either Milan or Prague, so I dunno. Aren't there places in between worth visiting? I f I come, will you throw me a party?
View original postNot sure if you realize this, but cheap airlines are much cheaper than trains. Especially over distances like that. Ryanair is the absolute cheapest one, but then it shows in the comfort and service, or lack thereof I should say - others like Easyjet are more reasonable while still being quite cheap.
I'll keep it in mind
