That is, if a job doesn't have good conditions or benefits, then people won't take it, and that therefore businesses will HAVE to have decent benefits to attract good workers?
I'm kind of interested in your last line, about how this becomes less true for lower skilled jobs. So, you'd be OK with unions for lower skilled jobs?
