Bad guys are going to keep doin what they do regardless of whether laws are in effect or not. That's what makes them bad guys. Some gang bangers don't care whether law abiding citizen is buying a gun or not. Most of the bad guys who kill each other in gang violence carry and they still kill each other freely. I'm a big fan of conceal carry and what not but it doesn't do shit to deter violence. It just gives somebody another option when it comes to defending themselves.
