I study chess only very casually. I'm good enough to take apart anyone who only knows the basics, but not good enough to truly hold my own against anyone who really knows what they're doing. I'd love to devote more time to it, but I could say that about a lot of things.
That Carlsen fellow is fairly remarkable. But I'll admit that chess at the highest level can be difficult to follow, and I don't enjoy that it so often results in a draw unless someone makes a mistake.
