Well with sufficient money almost anything is available, including a live in cook if neither partner has a knack for it. I absolutely agree that no singular deficiency of domestic or romantic aptitude is generally a deal breaker.
You mean if they ran out every morning before you settled down for your morning cup and bought you one? Yes that would be a very extreme and valuable gesture. What is important there is that the person recognized the importance of the thing to their partner and took steps to satisfy that need and not demean their value of it.
